Born and raised in Bergen County, Jaclyn Chakonis is a people-minded person who is devoted to her community. Her passion for connecting and inspiring others to achieve their goals combined with years of work experience has helped her motivate and manage her teammates at SEG as well as exceeding expectations fulfilling her clients’ real estate dreams.

Jaclyn started her career at Cushman and Wakefield LLC, where she gained valuable knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, and honed her skills in matching properties with her clients’ needs. “Most people don't realize that a real estate transaction is based far more on emotion than logic.” Jaclyn is able to have the difficult conversations needed to move sellers through a home sale by understanding what motivates them and how to help them navigate through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Jaclyn has worked alongside Stacy since 2015 as her co-listing agent and senior listing specialist. Now as Director of Sales, Jaclyn is using her extensive knowledge to coach and grow the sales team into Bergen County’s top real estate group.
